Quality Assurance Is Paramount

Premium Sources, Rigid Standards, and the Highest Certifications.

WHERE DOES OUR WATER COME FROM?

Our spring water comes from the best springs around the country. In prime locations, protected springs give us the purity, transparency and quality that characterize us. A slow and delicate drip turns Kewl Spring Water into unique water. From the moment the water flows from the source to the packaging, no more than an hour and a half passes, minimizing the possibility of contamination. Unwanted particles are removed through microfiltration and reverse osmosis, making Kewl 99.9% pure. Our purified water comes from quality, carefully selected, well or municipal water sources.

OUR FACILITIES

We have a multi-step quality process. State of the art reverse osmosis, micron, and ozone filtration technology.
  • Automated digital inspection.
  • Quality laboratories in each plant facility.
  • Regular FDA and third-party audits.
  • HACCP standards.

The microbiological and physicochemical analyzes carried out by a laboratory show that it is water with a balanced content of minerals and very healthy characteristics that meet quality standards.

At Kewl, we have the strictest quality controls, which allow us to guarantee the best water. We use PET bottles, free of Bisphenol (BPA).

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

All of our bottled water comes from carefully selected springs, wells, and/or municipal supplies. Each source is tested as it enters bottling facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal law regulations.

The product is monitored and tested through the purification and bottling process to ensure that we have a high-quality product. Detection is performed for more than 190 chemical attributes, as well as physical and flavor characteristics. This level of testing exceeds the requirements established by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Our testing requirements exceed those set by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the Environmental Protection Agency, so you know that the water you are drinking is safe and healthy for the family.

  • Audits
All the plants where we bottle are audited by external auditors such as the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), the FDA and the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA), all plants have been certified as Level 3 SQF through NSF or Eurofins, which is the highest level of certification that can be obtained. SQF Level 3 certification is internationally recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
  • Certified Plant Operators
The overall success and quality of our product depend on the knowledge and strength of factory team members. All members of the Quality Assurance team must pass an internationally recognized test on quality and processing of bottled water, administered by IBWA.

REGULATIONS

Bottled water is regulated by the FDA, which is also responsible for the regulations of the food and pharmaceutical industries. Tap water, on the other hand, is regulated by the EPA. Under the Safe Drinking Water Act, FDA regulations for bottled water must be at least as stringent as the EPA’s Primary Drinking Water Standards. In general, bottled water is required to be tested for the same parameters as tap water, but the standards are, in many cases, stricter than those that apply to tap water. Ensuring water safety is our primary goal of providing bottled water products to our customers.

Water Identity Standards
Since the bottled water industry is regulated by the FDA, they have established identity standards for various types of bottled water.

TRUE WATER LLC currently bottles spring water, alkaline purified water, and alkaline purified water infused whit hemp extract nanoparticles.

Spring Water– Bottled water derived from an underground formation from which water naturally flows to the earth’s surface. Spring water can only be collected at the spring or through a borehole that reaches the underground formation that feeds the spring.

Purified Water– Bottled water that has been produced by distillation, de-ionization, reverse osmosis, or other suitable processes, as long as they meet the definition of purified water from the United States Pharmacopeia. Other suitable names for bottled water treated by one of the processes mentioned include “distilled water” if it is produced by distillation, “de-ionized water” if it is produced by deionization, etc.
